Professional development for teachers and staff

2025 Professional development sessions

Schools

We support teachers to make it easier to teach tamariki about food, nutrition, movement, and healthy living. Our resources, programmes, and initiatives are curriculum-aligned and practical, giving you the tools and confidence to help children build lifelong healthy habits. Learn why these skills matter and get practical, engaging ideas and resources for primary, intermediate, and secondary schools.

Smart active play in the summer months

We all want our tamariki and early childhood community to be able to learn and play outdoors, but as educators we need to support children and families to know the risks of dehydration and prolonged exposure to the sun’s UV rays.

Session dates to be confirmed.
