Our Heart Help Group meet every 2nd Tuesday of the month to share stories and information with each other, and occasionally host guests to facilitate discussion on a particular topic, as chosen by the group.

A Heart Foundation bi-monthly support group meeting on the 2nd Wednesday of the month in Kapiti for people and whānau affected by Atrial Fibrillation (AF).

A regular support groups for people and whānau impacted by heart disease, including atrial fibrillation (AF). Please join us for a cuppa and a chat, and the opportunity to meet others with similar conditions. Meets 1pm, third Monday of the month
