Our Strategic Plan (2024-2027)

The 2024-2027 strategic plan outlines the direction ahead for the Heart Foundation. The plan has five strategic themes and each theme defines a number of strategic objectives that we are pursuing, with people very much at the heart of what we do.

With more than 180,000 people in New Zealand living with heart disease, we will continue to fund life-saving heart research and maintain our vital work in local communities.
