Basic bircher muesli

It's easy to make your own bircher muesli (overnight oats) at home. You only need 3 ingredients and it's so simple to personalise with your own additions.

Method

  1. Mix the oats and milk and refrigerate covered overnight
  2. The following day mix through the grated apple just before serving.

Tips:

  • Serve with yoghurt and top with a sprinkle of nuts or seeds.
