Method
- Place mince, egg, bread crumbs, carrots, onion, parsley and tomato sauce into a bowl and mix together until combined, using clean hands
- Divide meat mixture into four, form into balls and flatten to make patties
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat
- Pan fry the patties until they are brown on both sides and no longer pink in the middle
- Remove patties from the frying pan and place on a paper towel
- Place burger buns on a serving plate. Top with cheese, tomato, lettuce and cucumber.

- 1/2 cupchopped parsley
- 1 tbsptomato sauce/paste/puree

- 4lettuce leaves
- 1/4cucumber, thinly sliced
