Black bean dip
A change to traditional hummus, the flavour of the orange comes through in this refreshing dip. Serve with some fresh vegetables for a healthy snack.

Method
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Serve in a pottle with fresh vegetable sticks and pita crisps for dipping. It also makes a great spread for sandwiches, rolls and wraps.
