Bolognese meat sauce
Who can resist a delicious bolognese? We like serving ours with pasta or a baked potato. The great thing about this recipe is you can make a batch and freeze some for another time.

Method
- Heat oil in a large saucepan
- Gently cook the onion until soft
- Add the garlic and mince and continue to cook until the mince has browned. Stir often to break the mince apart
- Add the canned tomatoes and water and simmer gently until thickened
- Add vegetables and continue to cook until the vegetables are tender.

- 1/2 cupwater
