Braised pork
A healthy recipe to add to your list of dinner ideas. This braised pork recipe can be used in many ways - shredded in wraps or sliders, chopped up and put back into the sauce for a stew or sliced and served with the sauce. You choose.

Method
- Heat oil in a large pot
- Brown pork on all sides then remove from the pot
- Sautee the onions and carrots until softened
- Add garlic, stock cube, vinegar, water and apple
- Return pork to the pot
- Cover and cook over low heat for approximately 2-3 hours or until the meat is tender
- Can also be cooked in the oven at 160°C in a covered oven proof dish.
