Chia seed crackers
Crackers have never been as easy to make as these crunchy little morsels.

Method
- Place pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds in a food processor and blend until they resemble coarse breadcrumbs
- Place in a bowl with chia seeds, salt and water and mix
- Leave covered for approximately 30 minutes
- Heat oven to 160°C
- Spread mixture out on a greased oven tray to approximately 5mm thick
- Score with a knife to make breaking the crackers easier and more uniform or leave unscored if you like uneven crackers
- Bake for approximately 1 ½ hours or until crisp and golden brown
- Remove from oven and allow to cool on the tray
- Break apart and store in an airtight container
