Chicken and vegetable soup

Method
- Heat oil in a large pot
- Add drumsticks and brown all over
- Add onion and carrot and continue to cook until softened
- Add potatoes and garlic and cook briefly
- Add stock, water and vinegar and cook until meat is falling off the bone and the potatoes are cooked through
- Remove the drumsticks and take the meat off the bones then return the meat to the pot, discarding the bones
- Add peas and heat through for 2 minutes.
