Chicken noodles
This stir-fried noodle recipe is tasty, healthy and perfect for children

Method
- Boil noodles in pot of water
- Drain well when cooked
- Lightly beat eggs
- Heat a wok or large frying pan with half of the oil
- Add eggs and cook until lightly scrambled
- Remove eggs and roughly chop
- Add rest of oil to wok or frying pan
- Add vegetables and stir fry with soy sauce until just cooked
- Add noodles, egg and chicken
- Continue to cook until all cooked and hot through
Tips
For a vegetarian meal simply remove the chicken
For a gluten free meal replace the egg noodles with rice noodles and check the soy sauce is gluten free
