Chickpea curry
This great healthy recipe is based on the traditional Indian chana dahl. It's super easy to make and extra tasty. It also freezes well.

Method
- Heat oil in a large pot
- Sauté onion until soft
- Add garlic, ginger, garam masala and curry powder and cook briefly until fragrant
- Add chickpeas, tomatoes and lemon juice and cook over low heat until thickened
- Turn off heat and stir through the spinach.
