Chilli mince and beans

Method

  1. Heat oil in a large pot
  2. Add onion, carrot and garlic and cook over a low heat until soft
  3. Increase the heat and add the mince, stir and break up the mince until it is all cooked and separated
  4. Add remaining ingredients and cook uncovered over a low to medium heat until the sauce thickens.

Tips:

  • Serve chilli mince in lettuce cups, wholemeal wraps or on top of brown rice.
