Chilli mince and beans

Method
- Heat oil in a large pot
- Add onion, carrot and garlic and cook over a low heat until soft
- Increase the heat and add the mince, stir and break up the mince until it is all cooked and separated
- Add remaining ingredients and cook uncovered over a low to medium heat until the sauce thickens.
Tips:
- Serve chilli mince in lettuce cups, wholemeal wraps or on top of brown rice.
