
Corn and cheese roll-ups
These corn and cheese roll-ups are a great snack for kids.

Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
- Cut the crusts off 3 sides of the bread.
- Blend the corn to make a puree.
- Spread the corn over the bread slices.
- Sprinkle cheese over the corn.
- Roll up each slice (leaving the crust edge on the outside) and place in a lightly oiled baking dish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes then remove from oven and leave for about 10 minutes before serving as the filling is very hot.
