Corn and cheese roll-ups

These corn and cheese roll-ups are a great snack for kids.

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
  2. Cut the crusts off 3 sides of the bread.
  3. Blend the corn to make a puree.
  4. Spread the corn over the bread slices.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over the corn.
  6. Roll up each slice (leaving the crust edge on the outside) and place in a lightly oiled baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes then remove from oven and leave for about 10 minutes before serving as the filling is very hot.

    grated cheese
