Method
- Beat the eggs in a bowl
- Heat oil in a pan over a medium heat
- Pour in the egg mixture
- Gently stir the eggs until they form a soft set
- Place the wrap into a chopping board
- Add the scrambled egg, mushroom, tomato and spring onions along the centre
- Roll the wrap tightly, slice in half and serve.
