Fish burgers
A delicious light burger patty that can fill a burger bun, pita pocket or just by itself. Great served with salad and tartare sauce.

Method
- Finely chop or blend fish fillets in food processor until very finely chopped but not a smooth paste
- Add remaining ingredients except oil and mix thoroughly
- Shape into burger patties
- Heat a frying pan with oil and cook patties until brown on each side
- 200 gfish fillets
- 1medium zucchini or carrot, grated
- 1½parsley, chopped
- 1lemon juice
- 1 tspcurry powder
- 1egg
- ¼breadcrumbs
- 1vegetable oil
