Four-way tortilla quesadillas

We’ve come up with a few tasty ideas, but the options for fillings are endless.

Method

  1. Make a cut halfway across the tortilla.
  2. Place your four chosen ingredients on each quarter of the tortilla.
  3. Along the cut fold the tortilla quarter onto its opposite side.
  4. Then fold over again and once more to create a triangular folded tortilla.
  5. Cook on both sides in a dry frying pan or sandwich press until golden brown on both sides then serve.
