
Four-way tortilla quesadillas

Method
- Make a cut halfway across the tortilla.
- Place your four chosen ingredients on each quarter of the tortilla.
- Along the cut fold the tortilla quarter onto its opposite side.
- Then fold over again and once more to create a triangular folded tortilla.
- Cook on both sides in a dry frying pan or sandwich press until golden brown on both sides then serve.

- ½avocado, sliced
