
Grilled baja fish taco
This is a simple and delicious fish recipe that the kids will love. Make the slaw ahead of time and you can have a meal in minutes.

Method
Slaw
- Mix all ingredients together and keep refrigerated
To serve
- In a hot pan cook the corn kernels with a little olive oil until beginning to brown
- Remove from pan and place fish fillets in pan
- Cook fish until browned on both sides and just cooked through
- Heat the tortillas briefly to soften
- Fill tortillas with slaw, corn and fish
