This delicious homemade muesli recipe is a great breakfast option and easy to customise with your favourite blend of ingredients.

Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together and keep in a sealed container for up to 3 months.
Tips:
- Use any combination of nuts, seeds or dried fruit.
- Likewise, if you have other grains or ingredients you like in muesli, add them too.
- If you prefer toasted muesli, toast the oats in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until golden brown, then add all the other ingredients when they have cooled.
