Macaroni cheese with beans
Here's a re-make of a classic which has the cheese sauce thickened with pureed white beans.

Method
- Boil the pasta for approximately 10 minutes or until al dente in un-salted boiling water, drain and set aside
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until just cooked, drain and set aside
- Puree the canned white beans until smooth
- Mix pureed beans with the milk and bring to the boil
- Remove from the heat and add cheese, stirring to melt
- When the cheese has melted mix the sauce with the cooked pasta and green beans
- Serve while hot
