Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Spread nuts out on a roasting tray and place in oven
- Stir the nuts every 5 minutes to prevent them from burning and roast until golden brown (approx. 30 minutes)
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely, approximately 30 minutes
- Place in a food processor along with oil and blend until smooth
- This may take some time depending on the power of your food processor so please be patient
- Keep in a sealed container
Any combination of nuts is good for this recipe. Use what you have available or create your own special blend.
