Method
- Lightly grease a flat baking tin 18 x 28cm
- Beat egg, oil, sugar and milk together until smooth
- Stir in dates, sultanas, flour, rolled oats, baking powder and cinnamon
- Mix together
- Spread into tin
- Bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch
- Let cool and cut into squares.
