
Pea and tomato quiche with oat pastry
Here's a tasty quiche recipe for you to try. It has fantastic crispy pastry. Use the fillings we have suggested or make up your own combination.

Method
- Heat oven to 200°C
- Spray or wipe pie tin or muffin pans with a little oil
- Mix all pastry ingredients together until well combined
- Using your fingers press pastry into pie plate
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy
- Remove from oven
- Spread peas and potato over bottom of cooked pastry shell
- Sprinkle with grated cheese
- Beat eggs with milk and pour over vegetables
- Lay tomato over the top
- Return to the oven and bake for a further 30 minutes or until the egg in the middle has set.
