Pisupo stir fry
A quick and easy meal that will fill you up but won’t empty your wallet.

Method
- Heat the open can of corned beef and drain the fat from it.
- Place tomatoes in a large pot and add garlic, onion and ginger. Cook on a medium heat for 5 mins.
- Add mixed vegetables, stirring occasionally.
- When vegetables are heated through, add drained corned beef and chopped cabbage. Cook for 5-10 minutes on medium heat until cabbage is cooked.
Tips
- Serve with brown rice or taro. Can also be served with wholemeal wraps/bread, or roti.
- You can add dried or fresh herbs (coriander, parsley). Choose seasonal fresh vegetables to save on cost.
