Method
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan
- Gently cook the onions until soft
- Add the mince and brown
- Add the stock cube, kumara, tomato, silverbeet stalks and water. Cook for 10 minutes
- Add the silverbeet and peas
- Cook for 5 minutes
- Serve with diced, boiled, red and orange kumara and parsley

- 1 tspstock powder
- 2 cupskumara, grated
- 400 gcan tomatoes, or 4 fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cupswater
- 2 cupssilverbeet leaves and stalks, sliced finely
- 1 cupfrozen peas
- 2kumara, red and orange cooked, diced, to sprinkle over the dish
