
Semolina and pear pudding
This semolina pudding sets firm enough that it can be cut into slices. It's a healthy treat everyone can enjoy.

Method
Lightly grease a ring cake tin or suitable mould for turning out the pudding
Place milk, semolina and pear juice in a saucepan and heat slowly until simmering and thickened
Pour into mould and allow to cool
Refrigerate until cold and set before serving
To serve turn pudding out onto a plate and garnish with the pears from 3x 400g cans, serve each portion with a little more of the reserved juice from the cans
