Vegetable bake
This healthy vegetable bake recipe is a warming and tasty way to serve your vegetables.

Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C
- In a large baking dish, layer vegetables with the kumara first followed by the pumpkin, spinach, courgette and tomatoes on top
- Mix the miso paste with the water and pour over the vegetables
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over the vegetables
- Cover with tin foil
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes with the tin foil on
- Remove the tin foil and bake for a further 15 minutes to brown the top.
