Kōrero me te kai
Kai time is a special opportunity for tamariki to create respectful relationships with Kaiako, and have their needs met and socialise.
An enjoyable mealtime takes more than just food. It can also be a valuable teaching experience where kaiako role model behaviours, create conversations, spark curiosity and support the development of self-help skills and manners.
