Follow the steps to make the recipe.
Method
- Heat oven to 180°C
- Grease and line a baking tin with baking paper
- Squeeze as much liquid as possible from cooled spinach
- Lay the sliced potato, shredded chicken and spinach on top of each other in the tin
- Mix together the milk, eggs and cheese. Then pour the egg mixture evenly over the ingredients
- Sprinkle herbs over the top
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the egg has set
- Turn out of the tin
- Serve with salad and tomato relish
