Quick and easy beef and broccoli stir-fry - 20 minutes from pan to plate

Method
- Mix the beef with the ginger, garlic, soy sauce and vinegar
- Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and stir-fry the onions until soft
- Add the beef and continue to cook until brown
- Add the carrots and broccoli cook until tender
- Mix the cornflour and water
- Slowly add to the pan stirring constantly until the sauce thickens
- Serve with brown rice and sliced chili

- 2 tbspsoy sauce
- 1/2 tbspvinegar cider or white
- 1 tspoil
- 1onion, sliced
- 2carrots, finely sliced
- 1head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 tbspcornflour
- 1/2 cupswater
- 4 cupscooked brown rice, (1 1/3 cup uncooked)
- 1chili, sliced and deseeded (optional)
