Method
- Pre heat oven to 175°C
- Add oats to food processor and blend until fine
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and blend until smooth
- Pour batter into a greased and lined square baking tin
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until firm to touch
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes
- Cut into squares and serve
