Bulgur wheat tabbouleh

Method
- Place the bulgur wheat in a bowl and pour over the boiling water. Cover and let it sit for 30 minutes
- When the bulgur has absorbed the water add the remaining ingredients
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
