Chicken and apple meatballs

These meatballs make a great addition to an antipasto plate, pasta dish or an entree.  The children will love them too.

Method

  1. Heat oven to 210°C
  2. Squeeze out most of the juice from the grated apple
  3. Mix all of the ingredients together
  4. Form into bite-sized balls
  5. Place in a roasting dish and cook in the oven for approximately 15 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

    breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves
    garlic, crushed
