Chicken soup is such a comforting dish. This soup recipe is packed with goodness too, with the addition of kale.

Method
- Heat oil in a large pot
- Add onion and carrot and cook over a low heat until soft
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer
- Cook gently for approximately 30-40 minutes
- Serve with wholemeal bread.
