Chicken and kale soup

Chicken soup is such a comforting dish. This soup recipe is packed with goodness too, with the addition of kale.

Method

  1. Heat oil in a large pot
  2. Add onion and carrot and cook over a low heat until soft
  3. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer
  4. Cook gently for approximately 30-40 minutes
  5. Serve with wholemeal bread.
