Chicken coleslaw
Super delicious and packed full of goodness. Here’s a salad for the entire family.

Method
- Place cabbage, chicken and all remaining coleslaw ingredients into a large bowl and mix well
- Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl or jar
- Add the dressing to the coleslaw ingredients and gently mix until well combined
Tips
- Serving suggestion: This can be a meal on its own or pair it with whole meal bread rolls.
- Alternatives: You can use smoked chicken or any other cooked meat or seafood of your choice. You can also add 1 cup fresh mint leaves or ¼ cup of fresh coriander.
