Chicken pasta salad
Here's a great salad recipe to turn a cooked chicken into a filling meal for the family.

Make a healthy pasta salad by following our recipe video.
Method
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta for approximately 10 minutes or until just soft
- Drain the pasta and allow to cool for 10 minutes
- In a large bowl add the pasta and all remaining ingredients, mix until combined and serve
Alternatively:
- Use 1 tablespoon dried herbs in place of fresh herbs.
- Use shredded kale, spinach or other salad leaves in place of lettuce.
- To make this dish feed more people, add 1 can of chickpeas.
- 1/4packet pasta spirals or macaroni
- 2 1/2 cupsshredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cupgrated cheese
- 1/2 cupfresh herbs, chopped
- 2 cupssliced lettuce
- 1/4red onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 2tomatoes, diced
- 2 tbsplemon juice
- 3 tbspplain unsweetened yoghurt
