Method
- Place milk, sugar, and gelatine in a large saucepan and heat slowly until the sugar and gelatine have dissolved. Stir often.
- Remove from the heat and add the chocolate, stirring until melted
- Whisk until the chocolate is fully mixed in
- Allow to cool completely to room temperature (see tip below)
- Add yoghurt and whisk to combine
- Divide mixture between 8 glasses
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Gently spoon strawberries over dessert
- Garnish with mint
- Serve immediately or return to fridge.
Tips
- To speed up the cooling process- half fill a sink with cold water and place the saucepan of dessert mixture into the sink so the water comes halfway up the side of the saucepan. Be careful not to splash any of the water into the saucepan. Stir until cool.
- This dessert can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
