Dhal with cauliflower and spinach
Here's a great vegetarian curry recipe that everyone can enjoy. It's simple to make and healthy.

Method
- Heat oil in a large pot
- Gently cook onion with salt over low heat until soft
- Add garlic, ginger and curry powder. Cook for 1 minute
- Add red lentils, water and tomatoes. Cook for approximately 30 minutes or until the lentils are soft
- Add cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes
- Mix spinach through and cook for 1 minute
- Season with pepper
