- Lay pita bread out on a baking tray.
- Spread chilli beans evenly over pita bread.
- Sprinkle cheese over chilli beans.
- Place sliced capsicum, pineapple and tomato over cheese.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
