Peach and avocado smoothie

This velvety smooth peach and avocado smoothie looks like sunshine and bursts with flavour!

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or a large jug if using a stick blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.

Tips:

Refrigerate the ingredients or add ice to make a refreshing cold smoothie.

Garnish with sliced fruit, seeds or chopped nuts.

Canned peaches are cheap and available all year, but most fresh seasonal fruit will work as well, try:

  • Fresh peaches, plums, nectarines
  • Fresh berries
  • Bananas.
