This is a great salsa to serve with grilled fish, seafood or pork. It’s also perfect as a BBQ side dish.

- Mix all ingredients together and keep refrigerated until ready to serve

- Fresh pineapple works best in this recipe, but you can use canned as well.
- For a bit of spice add some chopped fresh chilli.
