Method
- Heat oven to 180˚C
- Mix together eggs, oil, milk, corn and cheese
- Fold through spinach and tomatoes
- Sift flours and baking powder and gently mix into wet ingredients
- Spoon into greased medium muffin cups
- Bake in oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
