Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
- Peel and slice the taro.
- Peel, de-seed and slice the pawpaw.
- Layer taro, pawpaw and onion in a baking dish and repeat the layers until all used.
- Press slices down to compress them.
- Mix the coconut cream and water and pour over the top of the dish.
- Cover with tin foil.
- Bake for approximately 1 ½ hours or until the taro is cooked through and soft when pierced.
