Tuna pasta salad
Here's a light and easy-to-prepare tuna pasta salad recipe. Make a batch for the week and eat it for lunch.

Method
- Fill a large pot with water and bring to the boil
- Stir in the pasta, return to a boil. Leave uncovered, stirring occasionally until the pasta has cooked through
- Drain and rinse the pasta in cold water
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta with onion, capsicum, cucumber, tomato, herbs, tuna and lemon juice
- Toss lightly until throughly combined.
Portions
This recipe has been developed for early learning centres. As such the number of portions reflects small children’s appetites. This recipe will feed approximately 4-5 adults.

- Add any extra fresh, frozen or canned vegetables you have on hand to this meal.
