This dip goes really well with a large variety of foods from grilled meats, fish, on curries or just with vegetable sticks and pita bread crisps

Method
- Place grated cucumber in a sieve and squeeze out as much liquid as possible
- Mix together strained cucumber with remaining ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve
- ½telegraph cucumber, grated

- 2 tspfresh dill, chopped
- ½ cupyoghurt, reduced fat
- 2 tspwhite wine vinegar
